In my role, I coordinated closely with clients to ensure clear communication, timely updates, and smooth issue resolution while supporting the execution of more than ten projects. I was responsible for preparing project proposals, cost estimations, and BOQs to support bidding and planning, as well as managing procurement activities, vendor negotiations, and timely material delivery. I also developed and implemented a digital marketing strategy that generated new leads, strengthened online engagement, and enhanced brand visibility.
